shoebox amazing vegan comfort stew

step one: put water in a pot heat up the stove

step two: put in lentils or whatever type of protein you like in the water

step three: cut whatever vegetables you like a mix of three or four is usually good maybe spinach peas carrots and zucchini

step four: put it all in the pot if you are using frozen veggies put in later

step five: put in some oil whatever spices you like salt pepper

wait

step six: when lentils are soft add carbs maybe some couscous or pasta

leave for some minutes

step seven: at this point most of the ingredients should be friends add a wad of peanut butter turn off the stove at this point add your frozen veggies

step eight: let sit for a bit come back when it has become a stew stir

step nine: serve if its still hot and you are hungry put in the freezer for some minutes to cool down enjoy
